Look at all those chickens - so true, sadly. I think there is a bigger effort in media these days to represent all abilities. Lots of shows and movies include and feature autistic lives. Fear the Walking Dead features a wheelchair-bound character, and The Walking Dead features two deaf/hard-of-hearing characters. And one of the featurettes of The Walking Dead focuses on a character with severe OCD, and in this last season of TWD they include effects of PTSD as a major plot line. At least between those two shows, there is better representation. I’m sure there are more out there. I don’t watch much TV besides TWD stuff and KZbin.
