@Henraak5 At the end of the level, right before the fight with Nefarious, there is a particular platform sticking out. At 3:14 , This platform has one of those robot breeders on top of it, the first one on the left that you see. From this platform you need to make a jump to the left to a small platform. The jump is very exact, and won't land you on the platform, but will barely make you hang on to it. Going further to the left along another small platform, and then a big one, you will find the health upgrade.
