Qwik-Fill Installation and Operation

I live in NE Washington state with 3to 4 months of freezing weather. Do these lines s of drain or will they freeze and break in winter. I plan to use in my fishing boat and I store outside and boat has a total of 4 batteries. Please give me your suggestions. Thanks Ron
