I am currently in the United States, and I have an approved form i-360 as far back as July 2023 but on the approval, letter was stated that I am not eligible to file an adjustment until I observed some certain steps with NVC for proper forms and payments in order to avail immigrant visa before I could adjust. I was asked to contact NVC since I am here in the United States and my question is: ca I apply for adjustment of status now with a visa waiver form or needed to wait to hear from NVC on the next phase since I am running out of time since my SD6 approval notice.

Wonderful video!! Question. We are a religious non-profit petitioning for a woman who entered legally with a tourist visa and the visa has expired. You mentioned that the i-360 is for someone who is "in status, in order to change status." Can we still petition/sponser her with a permanent paying job so she can later qualify for a permanent legal resident status.
