R-311 (P-311). Soviet military HF radio receiver.

P-311. Portable Soviet tube military HF receiver .
Developed in the early 1950s.
Intended for range 1 to 15 MHz in five scales.
Receives AM, CW and R/T.. SSB is possible with the BFO.
It is powered by a heavy duty Ni-Cad accumulator that supplied 2,4 v to VP-3M2 internal power supply with mechanical vibrator, for mobile or back-pack use.
It mounts 8 equal tubes 2Ж27Л (2J27L / 2ZH27L).
Was used like a intelligence division radio, in army, in tanks, in ships, like army headquarter monitoring receiver for receiving routine radiogram, weather forecast, like
military training receiver, etc.
Power supply that is seen in the video, is a BC-2.5M for receivers P-323 and P-326. It is adapted to work with the VP-3M2 internal power supply from P-311.

Excellent video of a fine receiver. I own Russian and East German versions of this set and use them with well regulated home built power supplies. Sometimes I also use the vibrator power supply. Thank you for this excellent video of this mint R311.

Tambien tengo el famoso "Omega". Para reducir interferencias le estoy alimentando solo con pilas. 4 * AA 1.2V @ 2500 mAh (2 pares en paralelo) para filamento y 10 * 6F22 9V para los ánodos de las lámparas. Se hoye todo el mundo! Saludos!

Hola: Mucha gracias por el vídeo. Me encantan este tipo de receptores tipo Collins, RCA, Hammarlund ... y le quedaría muy agradecido si me dijera donde puedo comprar una R-311 como la que muestra en estado nuevo. En eBay no las hay y desconozco el mercado de Europa del Esta. Saludos.

러시아제는 설계모양이 미국제-품하고 엄청 다르네요 역시 미국 제품의 모양이 최고입니다 세계유수의 모델입니다. 운용국이 별로 많지가 않인것같네요 고급의 좋은 트랜시버를 소유 해도 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 밴드 스프레이가 없고 미;소튜닝방법이라 좁은 밴드에서 작은 신호를 찾가도 그렇네요 역시 미국제품이 최고이네요!!!
