bro with that we can train only 1B parameter model but ram is very low. Larger model are trained and deployed using NVIDIA A100 which 80GB of vram. And for running similar model like chat GPT 3.5 turbo is Falcon 180B which requires minimum 512GB of vram alone so with this setup smaller models can be trained that too ram need to be 64. Apart from that Gaming and editing is just a piece of cake for this beast.

You cant train a model like "Chat GPT" for sure with 4090. Its not even possible to run a model, let alone train a new one...But you can say one can run some small Quantized versions of some opensource LLMs on 4090.
