सर जी नमस्कार महाराष्ट्र किसान भाई के तरफ से , मेरा खेत का बीस साल पुराना रास्ता है ये रास्ता तहसीलदार साहब ने मंजुर करके दिया था ,वही रास्ता दुबारा हमारे पडोसी बंद किया उसके बाद फिर हमने दुबारा तहसीलदार के पास केस दाखल किया ,उसके बाद तहसीलदार ने वही खेत का रास्ता खोल के दिया हम वही रास्ता आज use कर रहे है मगर वही लोग दुबारा रास्ता बंद करने की बार बार धमकी दे रहे है ! अब इसके उपर high court में क्या कर सकते है

मेरे ख्याल से ऐसी सिचुएशन में आप डायरेक्टली हाईकोर्ट में शायद नहीं जा पाओगे। तो अब सवाल है कि क्या कर पाओगे? किसके पास जाना होगा? तो इसके लिए मैं आपको स्पष्ट बता दूं कि यह चीज पड़ताल करनी होगी कानून में। और साथ ही में आपकी जो पिछली केस है उनके कागजात जैसे कि केसेस और ऑर्डर्स इनको भी पढ़ना होगा। और इन सभी को मिलाकर ठीक तरीके से अभ्यास करके ही ओपिनियन देना होगा। यह चीज यहां कमेंट में पॉसिबल नहीं है। इसलिए मेरा सुझाव यह है कि आप आपके इलाके के इस क्षेत्र में काम करने वाले वकील से मिलकर सारे कागजात दिखाकर और चर्चा कर उनकी सलाह लीजिए और उस पर चलिए। यही आपके हित में होगा।

Hello mister Manish Kumar! I think filing a writ petition in your case would be the the proper way. The pharmacy council is not performing its duty of deciding your applications. So you may pray for a writ of mandamus from highcourt for directing the pharmacy council to decide your applications at the earliest. Of course High Court will not be directing the pharmacy council to straightway register you. Because that is the power and function of the pharmacy council only. But the high court would be directing the pharmacy council to take a decision on your applications. In my opinion such type of writ petition should not take longer for decision. There can be no accurate prediction about this but in my opinion if you go for filing a writ petition of this type then it should take only few weeks for decision, say approximately 8 weeks. The procedure would be that after you file a writ petition the court will issue notices to the respondents, and after receiving their response, would it take up the petition for decision. Considering the fact that you would be asking for simple relief of directing the respondents to take a decision on your applications it should not take longer time for disposing of your writ petition with such kind of directions, unless of course the pharmacy council has already decided your applications. Sir, my I got IM order in 2019 for my child in which quantum is high and I filed crpc 127 to review the IM order to reduce the quantum of child IM and also my wife should take the portion of IM but family court didn't took any congnizence on crpc 127 and force me to pay ex petition arrears , now I lost my job and court ask me to file new crpc 127 by withdawing the old crpc 127 , sir and I did that and family court also stike off my defence in main crpc 125, but I still want to reduce my IM and I anticipate again court will delay my new crpc 127 . Can I go to Delhi high court to file a writ petition explainging my situation , will I get any benefit ?

Sir thank you so much for the information. Sir i have been harassed forcefully by a ADJ by a session court. The summon which are being issued to me continuously deliberately for the personal grievances of the judge. I have no connection with the matter of summon. Please guide me in this regard🙏🙏

In this situation I think you should meet the principal district judge first and bring to his notice these things with a request to do the needful. Take assistance of some lawyer if possible.

Sir, i am aggrieved losing my job by private school which was given affiliation by CBSE. Why did the SC say my writ was not maintainable. Amn't I aggrieved by losing my job by a call from school though I had offer letter?
