Regarding Misinformation, while it's true that everyone throughout the history of mankind can be susceptible to it (especially when it comes in the form of confirmation bias), education - specifically the type that teaches you *how* to think and analyze information - is effective at boosting your resistance, so to speak. The caves update generally has been a solid improvement to the game in “most” aspects it’s essentially doubled world height again, the new cave generation actually makes exploring interesting again, its made it slightly harder to get OP in the first few hours of gameplay. Cons, big caves means you have to light up a ton just to stop spawning for mob spawners, easier to dig into death pits, deep stone

Minecraft is currently on 1.19.something, and it does have the Warden now. They are terrifying. Minecraft itself is great and the work they did with the cave update is fantastic. As usual the issues are all with the companies, specifically microsoft because they forced a chat reporting system to be added, but no worries there are plugins on basically every multiplayer server to disable it.
