This is like a ASMR podcast. You can tell this man is trained in making people feel that a lot of information is being given to them while not actually giving anything at all. The pace at which he talks isn't too slow, but is slow enough to make us feel that this is a proper length podcast while if you take a wordcount of how many words were spoken by him, it would be a lot less than the other guest that come and speak for the same amount of time. Also the ability to force a tangent in a conversation in a direction he wants it to move while not even intending to do so is epic.

Sadly an opportunity totally wasted by Ranveer. The line of questioning felt like the coffee show with Karan. Injustice to the calibre of Sir Vikram Sood. Please hear him speak with Smita Prakash. Totally a different league and the genius of the man comes out.

I think what's different is that Smita Prakash is a senior journalist who knows government, history plus much more about the power corridors than most people; she knew a lot more about espionage history too and her audience expects that kind of hardcore info. But, if we get the same questions and answers in all interviews then there's no point in watching more. For example, I loved knowing about the spy books and film/tele series which Mr. Sood talked about and want to check them out.
