日本帥哥改造上海老公寓：願意把花銷用到房子上面International Couple Transforms Old Apartment in Shanghai

「逃離大城市」生活，近年來成為不少年輕人的生活選擇，但也有不少人堅持紮根大城市，成為「租房一族」。我們找到了在上海租房超過10年的80、90後，與他們聊了聊租房的快樂，看他們是如何通過改造、軟裝來提高自己的生活質量。"Flee the big city" in recent years has become a lot of young people's life choice, but there are many people insist on taking root in the big city, as a tenant. We found Millennials who have been living in rented apartments in Shanghai for over a decade, and talked to them about the joy of renting and how they improve their quality of life through renovations and decorations.

一半收入 花在房子？

这个房子位置好面积大，一个月租金至少一万。所以一半收入付房租很正常。

@@motohalo8880 首先日本人在自己国家平均收入要2万多,他能出国肯定收入比这个高才愿意出来，其次他这个房子都100平米了，我觉得怎么也要2万吧。
