A “SUPERB” pod cast as usual, Akane! Firstly, yes I am satisfied with who I am but I do wish to be a certain type of person e.g. Superman or Batman! I wish I could learn the Japanese language but I find it extremely difficult for me to grasp. Oh no, Akane, you should take a break away from the day to day “stresses and strains” of life by visiting Kagoshima in Yakushima. There, you can do “Forest Bathing” (Shinrinyoku) and the focus is on being present in the moment and paying attention to the sights, sounds, smells, and sensations of the natural world. Don’t worry Akane you will reach well over 600,000 subscribers on KZbin just like how you will reach over 90k on Instagram! I hope you find the energy and the time to study more English in the future! Enjoy your weekend!

I don't mean to be rude or anything. I can understand wanting to learn, using something which has a visual appeal, but maybe a podcast is just not the right medium for you, in that case? :x

@@Danbu1988that's a valid point. Unfortunately, in trying to practice my Japanese, I don't think I got my point across well. Akane-san is concerned about the lack of growth of her channel, and my recommendation for visuals was to increase viewer retention, which would in turn lead the algorithm to favor her. The podcasts which have visuals (even if it's just the person in front of the camera) generally seem to do better compared to those without, from what I've seen. In my original comment, I meant to attribute this success due to beginner learners (like me) having a visual stimuli of some sort to increase focus. I hope my comment did not come off as rude or presumptuous
