Good Q and A. Got me thinking about eating meat and vegetarianism. I think the best thing we can all do is at least realise we don't need to eat as much meat as we think we do. I know some people think they can or should eat meat every day. Nah. I've tried having meat maybe twice a week and I don't feel weaker for it at all. The body can adjust and function.
