:) I was shocked when I watched the beginning of this clip and at the part where the staff asked you for a residency document or a Schengen visa, as I am very sure no visa is required for a Japanese national to enter EU. And the staff said the rules differ from country to country within EU? There is a big flaw in his/her/their logic... what if you fly to Spain without a visa and then take trains to France? They really need to get their records and logic straight... :P Quite worried about the deterioration of service quality in Aviation industry during and after this pandemic. Glad that you could fly in the end! By the way, since Hong Kong travellers were mentioned in the middle of the video... Hongkongers with either a HKSAR passport or a BN(O) [British National (Overseas)] passport do not need any visa to enter EU. :)
