Bois Impérial kicks off with a fresh spicy scent, thanks to the Timur note which gives a citrusy and spicy hints that are similar to the Grapefruit and black pepper smells, moments later the Basil leaves joins the party to give scent the Aromatic Spirit along with the fresh spicy Timur. The heart is woody par excellence by adding the Vetiver and the Akigalawood, Akigalawood is a special molecule that is upcycled from Patchouli, It gives the heart an unique spicy-woody scent. IMO adding the Ambroxan was just to make the fragrance projects louder. In the base the scent becomes more sweet and lighter than before.

The performance is a beast mode with this scent, it lasts on my skin for 8-10 hrs with 4-5 hours of a strong projection.
