If you believe it one way, and I believe it another way, who is right? Dismissing someone by saying, “That's your interpretation” can lead to subjectivism.
There is only one correct interpretation of any verse in the Bible, but the applications are numerous.
R.C. Sproul also touched on Martin Luther translating the Bible into a common language (German) for the first time in history, and why the Roman Catholic Church fought against translating the Bible for the common man.
He quickly explained the difference between Exegesis and Eisegesis.

At one point Sproul says “perspiscuity” instead of “perspicuity” and in the closed captions I have the correct word (perspicuity) with brackets to indicate it was not in his speech, but it was intended as such.
