@@SometimesAbel Shallow people are the worst. It’s people that respect you that you should strive for. I’ve only had a few women be interested in me. I’m not looking for a relationship though. So each time I politely turn them down. And if they had plans that they wanted to do we could still do them and just split the Bill. It’s better to get into a relationship with a friend than a stranger. A friend will show you their true side. Will a right off the bat relationship will make it hard to discern what is there real personality. Sorry to that guy though. Hopefully he wasn’t to turn up about it.
@Kino_Cartoon3 жыл бұрын
@@dragonofkilln9663 "It's better to get into a relationship with a friend than a stranger." That's my type of relationship. I don't discriminate because obviously people have different dating patterns that work for them. I also have mixed feeling's over preferences. On one had I also think it's pretty shallow and you are missing out on wonderful people because of one superficial trait you or others made up. On the other hand I would never force anyone to date someone and when they have preferences than that's a thing they have to deal with. As long as they don't insult people or laugh at them for not having the traits *they* prefer I think it's fine. Not only is it that person's own decision but whoever the other person is they got lucky. If they don't care about that trait/look or are even conscious about it than it is a good thing they won't be with someone who thinks it's important. And of course they will dodge a bullet if that person is an asshole and insults or laughs at you. I tried dating but something just feels so daaam wrong about trying to get to know a person particularly in a romantic or sexual way. I tried but I can't develop feelings that way.. it just feels so forced. So yeah I normally fall in love with my friends as well after knowing them for a while, after deep conversation and enjoying time together. At first I was proud on that but than another issue arrived. The fear of loosing a good friend based on unequal feeling. But I gained two relationships, lost one friend and got rejected three times but I'm still friend's with two of them because they know this conflict in me. It's still complicated and it still hurts but it's not only worth being honest with my friends but of course it's also worth it for the rare occasion of them feeling the same. I also had my share of fear of falling in love with every single one of my friends but time taught me that no I can still have friends who will stay just friends. I can't imagine anything better than being in love with a great friend and him/her feeling the same way.

@@bevoss7573 I've been hospitalized two times so far, each about 1-2 weeks. Nurses make such a difference. The first time was ok...ish. They did their job and weren't rude. The second time they were great, they did all kinds of neat little extra stuff, like asking if you want an extra portion of food if there were leftovers, or giving you tips on where you can sneak a cigarette in the middle of the night, when normally all smoking spots are closed etc etc Although the reason i was in the hospital was quite worse than the first time, it was so much more enjoyable. GEO METRO! AWESOME LMAO. Reminds me of a story! The geo metro is a bit of a meme from my highschool. There were like five crappy cars the teacher got for the students to test out, and three of them were Geo Metros. My partner and I always got the worst one, it didn't really matter in the end but we always found it funny. Apparently, the mechanics teacher bought it for just a hundred bucks from someone who just wanted it off their driveway. At the time, neither me or my partner could drive, so she would steer it when I would push it, and dude. These cars are literally tin cans. The first time we had to take it around the corner to work on it, I started pushing it through the parking lot. When we were halfway to our parking spot, my partner yelled "oops, the E-Brakes are on". After she turned off the emergency brakes, this car was probably lighter than I was. I pushed it halfway through the driveway. With the brakes on. Us and the other Geo Metro groups would take turns locking each other in the trunks. Good times.

My first car was free, a gift from my parents so I didn't have to keep borrowing my mom's car for work when I cam home from college. The deal was I shared it with my Grandma who had it during the months I was at college. I had that car for over 10 years and it had the best personality. It always gave me a warning of some kind before breaking down so I could get somewhere safe, especially the last time. The coolent system busted while I was in a construction spot on the highway between cities with no shoulder. That loyal car got me several more miles out of the construction zone and off the highway and a fair distance down the side road before one last flash of every warning light had me giving in and pulling off the road seconds before it died for good. The exit I had been able to make was located in such a way that the help I called for didnt have to drive all the way to the next town to turn around and get to me. My mom swears an angel was in that car all those years and I believe it.

I had a geo metro too. It was a 4 door and I bought it from a mechanic for like $1000. It had almost 100,000 miles on it. I knew where he lived and had watched his son for around 10 years though. The car blew its spark plugs every other month but somehow got 50 mpg. Spark plugs were $4 a pack and I had two uncles and a grandfather that were mechanics over two family owned garages so it wasn’t like I don’t know how to change my own spark plugs. I just kept a spare set in the glove box.

4:01 this reminds me of a COD insult from an honest to God squeaker, who said "you probably watch porn to live" at first I thought it was dumb, but after hearing it for the second time ironically it's hilarious

That Karen "ahem" sent a cold chill to the core of my former retail worker self.

You retail workers get my utmost respect. I've just recently taking side jobs as a contact person for a startup providing training service. It's all online messaging, but I already have my blood boiled by people not reading the posters/notification and asking for information that's already given. But even so none of them are Karen and none of them are real life encounters. I obviously don't have what it takes to handle those.

My first car was a very rusty 2005 Toyota Sienna. It had over 200k miles and my grandpa gave it to me for my high school graduation. I had it for 3 years until last month when it needed about 4K in repairs, including a new head gasket. I decided to trade it in and I cried. I miss that old rust bucket and will always be grateful to my grandpa for giving it to me as it got me through most of college and never had any major issues up until the very end.

My first car was a 250 euro tiny green Mazda 121. I LOVED that car. It was awesome. Needed virtually no gas, tires were tiny, so it went up icy slopes, it was super comfy for passionate hugging and it was just ... great, you know? Magical first car. It was, alas, murdered in an accident when some woman hit me and tore off my side's doors - which kinda makes me agree the car was a death trap, but as first cars go, I will love that car forever.

About the car one: I work with a guy who traded a case of Miller Lite for a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse. That car is amazingly solid for what it is, but at the same time, it's a complete shitbox. Just today, he replaced both lower control arms and did a front toe adjustment. Next is a new wheel hub assembly to replace his broken lug stud. It has no exhaust past the flex pipe(fell off on highway, sold secondary cat, tripped Check Engine Light), but still has the muffler on the back for "State Inspection." (His words.) It also has a belt that sounds like it's definitely seen better days.

I remember my very first car. It was my grandma’s before she passed. I was told to lone it to my older brother, and he ends up totaling it on the 2nd day he was using it. It was an important vehicle to me, because I loved her. I was devastated!
