Yep had it on a bootleg. I had heard Mitch Easter did it for kicks. Search YT for "Radio Dub" and landed right here. Awesome to hear it again.

Johnny hibbert he was a Atlanta local music promoter who had his own record label hib tone records he signed the band to a one year deal he also had sole publishing rights to anything released on hib tone records he also hade control of creating his own mix of the songs a deal i believe the band was able to get out of later but this is his mix of radio free Europe and im kinda glad its out there i prefer the original but this is kinda cool and whacky
