Mall i think is gonna take some time, We’re seeing a good prospect for the mall, and retails of R&F, due to there’s no new shoplot development coming within the next 5 years near CIQ, so if RTS is completed, someone is to look for place to open up a shop, r&f might be their only option the pricingreally differs between phases, for RM700k+ that’s phase 1 (prev owner bought RM500k for 2Bed) For phase 2 is around RM1.2mil above, due to environment much nicer, and so much closer to sea

For phase 3 looks like it’s gonna be a project that tries to tackle local needs, We’re gonna see lesser fancy things in the house (like phase 2) and a bit denser kinda feel in the condo

Occupancy is quite alright in R&F, only issue is the retail, but retail in R&F is bound to boom once RTS completed, as there’s really not much new retail space in JB ciq area these 5 years

Total development feels like that, but floor unit is not much, around 8 units only, the block to block distance also quite large, wouldn’t feel too cramped
