1.环境中的英文单词。用一个英文单词说出生活中每一样东西，可以不说出口，如television、mirror，不会的就查字典，第二天复述以检查自己前一天的收获，直到能快速地说出来；每次到新环境也这样做。不用着急，慢慢积累，很顺畅之后进入第二个阶段。 2.短句锻炼。描绘身边的事物，可以不说出口，例如I am hungry/I am cold/The dish is so unbelievable.根据自己的水平，开始时可以短一些，主要是锻炼、积累形容词，不会的形容词就查字典，第二天复述以检查自己前一天的收获。重点是一定要用全英文词典《A learner's dictionary》。这一阶段不要着急，直到觉得都简单了再进入第三阶段。 3.自己跟自己聊天。也可以不说出口，越简单的词汇越好，每天15分钟，不要刻意使用很难的词。 4.环境英文化。如手机、电脑、电视设置为英文。 5.睡前英文回忆总结一天。刚开始可以简单、短一点，后面逐渐详细，越详细越好，可以用连接词，如but/and/so，把句子变长。

英文练习方法 1、用英文方式把眼前看到的东西翻译出来；如果不会的就要查。他的发音以及使用词性 2、锻炼短句的能力；主要是锻炼英文思维；例如；I 'm hangry; I'm. funny; i'm could; 练习的差不多的时候，就可以描述周围的东西了；例如：The door is open; The chair is dirty; The window is clean; My friend is beautiful.这个阶段主要是培养你的形容词；有些形容词你可能不会，例如This ring is so....... ;This dish is so....... 这个时候可以用全英文的词典查一下；这样就习惯用着英文来学习英文了。《用A learner's Dictionary》,这个会用简单的句子说明；这个阶段不用着急，直到练习的觉得简单了，因为这个阶段就是练习形容词的。 3、第三个阶段就是和自己讲英文；没有英文环境也是没问题的，主要是锻炼英文的思考能力的；可以先和自己聊一些简单的对话， 例如：Hey how was your day ? My day was okay; I read a book and went to school. I also had a really nice lunch with my friend Andrew......每天15分钟，不要刻意的用一些很难的句子和自己聊，用自己能接受的水平； 4、第四个阶段把生活中的东西变成英文版；例如：我们的手机语言变成英文版；电视/电脑； 5、用英文去回顾你的当天事情；去描述你的周围的时候，可以锻炼你的思维能力，也可以锻炼思考能力；例如：Today was a good day. I saw many of my friends and we had fun together . The food is always good there But,it was a bit expensive......如果一开始想不出一些单词是正常的，慢慢的可以加一些连词，and so but 为了把你的句子变长。先试试看一个月；

杨老师的这些方法都非常有用！！我就是用这些方法来学习班牙语的。特别是最后一个'用英文回顾当天' 我每天都会用西班牙文来写日记, 就是写我今天做了什么, 发生什么事, 我都会这样记下来. 还有我觉得我也很喜欢做解说哈哈哈。 比如说我在看电视的时候，有一些做饭的频道，做甜品的它就是没有旁白， 就只是在旁边写下材料然后他做给你看的那种，就是没有任何说话的，我看见类型的视频我都很喜欢用西班牙语来解说 ，就是比如说（los ingredientes son 80 gramos de azúcar y.......)(材料是80克的糖和.......)。 就是这样看完一个视频然后就全程解说下来。

回想小時候，我也是這樣練習的，因為發現跟同學交流有障礙，想想發現是因為要思考回答什麼，還要來回翻譯再修改文法…比寫作文還慢，所以開始嘗試你說的這些方式，可是不分次序，隨意進行的。因為大部分時候是一個人在家，就常跟自己對話（什麼都聊），慢慢從參雜中文詞彙到越來越少用中文，然後全英文。自己聊不緊張不壓力，有效👍

These are all I usually do for improving my English proficiency 😊😊 However, rather than keeping silent I insist on opening my mouth asking and answering questions by myself.
