When doing English speaking, instead of saying “what do you think?”, I applied “what do you think about my ideas/this topic?” for asking other’s thoughts.

LOL. "I couldn't care less." is the grammatically correct way to write it. However, both are used in spoken English and mean the same thing nowadays.
