I did a Toriyama homage in the first comic I ever penned for my current gig as well. There's a few names that come to mind, my parents and creators like Tolkein, Jordan, Oda - people I often think about. I always wonder about how my entire tastes and personality would be different if they'd never existed. Toriyama is right up there on that list. His inspiration on the entire industry just can't be understated, and I was watching his stuff since like 25-30 years ago, some of DBZ is my earliest memories of childhood.

R.I.P 鳥山明1955-2024 老大這次的串燒真的搭載了太多太多的回憶了 從第一首「摩訶不思議」小時候看七龍珠的回憶完全湧上來了，而且改編成抒情版感覺多了一份，已經到達終點…完成冒險的感慨。 再來的「獻給妳的羅曼蒂克」老實說對這首印象真的比較少，小時候都是在吃飯時間看龍珠，到ED到時候通常都是吃飽準備洗碗了，會比較認識這首也是老大以前的cover，真的好好聽！ 「CHA-LA-HEAD-CHA-LA」則是好驚艷！這麼熱血的歌竟然可以用抒情版詮釋的如此適合>

是龍珠串燒:;(∩´﹏`∩);: 一直到現在心中還是有那麼一點不真實感QQ 七龍珠真的是小時候不可或缺的回憶之一每天放學回家就是要打開電視 然後轉到XX中文台來看龍珠配飯吃（應該很多人都是這樣吧！！！ 當時也是影響了當時很多的漫畫家，真的很謝謝鳥山明老師為我們帶來這麼多美好的作品&回憶，辛苦了！ 相信老師只是比我們先一步到界王那邊修行，希望能夠忘卻病痛，繼續做你喜歡的事情！ 老大這次抒情版的龍珠串燒，要先準備好多衛生紙了ಥ_ಥ 這幾天也都一直回去聽之前的龍珠cover，最最最喜歡的還是「DAN DAN 心魅かれてく」了，也好期待其他首改編的抒情版本🥲

我小時候也是看七龍珠配晚餐吃！完全就是我的童年！ 不過金魚腦的我真的忘了很多的劇情細節，最近想要重新看龍珠的動畫，來喚起小時候的記憶 以前也只有嘗試DAN DAN 心魅かれてく的抒情版，原本以為其他快歌要改抒情版會很違和，沒想到每一首都那麼適合 這些熱且歌曲用不同形式詮釋好像也多了份悲傷與柔情，希望老師一路好走

悟空手搭在賽魯要爆炸的身體，對悟飯說出離別的話時，我哭了；湘北對山王，櫻木投進最後一球時，我哭了；海賊王有很多感動的畫面台詞，我也因此眼眶泛紅不少次； 但，這些作者死的時候，我不會難過，也不會哭，除非他們在作品寫道一半時掛掉，否則他們又不是我的家人朋友，不是我的衣食父母，私底下的他們是什麼樣子我也不太清楚，對我來說他們充其量也只比陌生人強一點，所以，這樣的人死的時候，我真的不懂有什麼好難過的。 Kobe 如果是在冠軍賽前夕死掉，我會覺得很可惜，但他已經退役了，他不是我的誰，也不是大部分的人的誰，說難過，有點矯情了。

As children, Son Goku left them with a great experience of adventures, as an adult he left us with a very good lesson through his battles against great enemies who gave a lot to defeat Goku. For a Martial Arts tournament of 8 Universes that demonstrated their talent in martial arts. And thus the evolution of him as a warrior since he awakened the Super Saiyan on Planet Namecu. 謝謝RuRu改編的七龍珠抒情版串燒，真的回憶起看七龍珠的記憶，小時候的悟空和布瑪一起到世界各地尋找七顆龍珠的時候，真的很期待他們接下來會遇到什麼冒險，長大後的悟空生下悟飯、悟天，還和許許多多的強敵對戰，令我印象深刻的經典就是第一次變身成超級賽亞人的時候、為了拯救地球瞬間移動的悟空11:57和七龍珠GT最後悟空和神龍一起走了，小芳 也老了，每一幕都是小時候的美好回憶，真的很謝謝鳥山明老師，帶來很多的熱血和感動，希望鳥山明老師一路好走。 RuRu的抒情大串燒改編的很有一體感，抒情的感受從第一首層層疊加到第六首，真的是滿滿的回憶，非常的抒情好聽，謝謝RuRu，抒情版我喜歡Don't you see!。 七龍珠真的是一部神作

Had the chance to discover Dragonball in 1988, year of the dragon, I was 12. Akira has been a part of my life . The life is this way. 聽到這些OP、ED所有回憶直接湧上心頭，還記得我還沒讀幼稚園的時候就開始看七龍珠，這部作品可以說是陪伴了我整個人生，小時候還常常幻想自己能像悟空一樣發出龜派氣功、一樣可以到處冒險找龍珠，聽到We Were Angels這段，對於鳥山名老師離世的悲傷感直接讓我眼淚流了下來，謝謝老師用抒情版給了我對童年最後最完美的結尾，請收下我第一次的超級感謝!

after the passing of akira toriyama, and hearing this medly... i just cant stop this tear in my eye. Apart of reminiscing his works, the memories of my childhood's also kicks in.. until now i got the chills on how goku and freeza came to team up on taking down the menacing jiren in dragon ball super, though i've keep track of their rival throughout the whole dragon ball franchise. dragon ball will never be the same without him.

The first song you played, all my child memories surface up. The memories of me watching the show and my mother asking me to study while i was still in elementary school. I lost touch to all my used to be elementary schoold mates. Can't remember their faces too. Too many losses as the years go by. I wish everyone of us could look back and probably get to see your old dear friends that you loses touch. I used to just smile all the way through these songs, reminded of the joys of my childhood, but they all hit so different now. Makafushigi Adventure still makes me smile all the way through, just pure joy there through and through with fun adventures with our weird and goofy friends. Then when it gets to Cha-La Head Cha-La I shed a single tear, Dragon Ball Z was my very first anime from back in the old Toonami days and sent me on a wild adventure beyond what I ever saw before and reminds me that despite my childhood not being so great DBZ was there to comfort and show me that if you persevere and work hard it will pay off in the end. We Were Angels makes me shed yet another tear, for at the time it signified the end of a glorious adventure and is still hopeful despite that. Dan Dan Kokoro Hikareteku....this song I can't help but bawl because despite it signifying another great adventure we all know it was the FINAL adventure and it just cuts deep into my heart, because I enjoyed GT through and through, even the weird goofy stuff, it was just...Fun. Finally at the end of it all it shows us that we no longer need to rely on the heroes of the past, because WE have inherited that role and that the hero of old can finally rest, knowing they have left things in even more capable hands. Thank you for this medley Ru-sama. You are a true artist of the piano. And thank you Toriyama-sensei for the incredible adventures and the important life lessons you taught us as we grew into who we are today.
