I got really close to the dude he was a good man he never had bad intentions and always made sure him and the people around him had a good time never once was he selfish and I remember him telling me “imma spend my money in what makes me happy because at the end of the day no me lo puedo llevar” you lived a life one could only dream of and always helped out he was a great father figure.....thank you for the memories

Im a black guy and never knew these guys but Jonathon lived on palm springs across from the pavilion we play ball at. I remember always passing by and seeing him outside his garage with his friends and I always thought his truck was so clean. Now I pass by and its weird seeing his truck there and not him. Rest in peace to them both. God makes no mistakes🙏

Amen brother no matter the color of our skin or whether we are Democrats or Republicans in the end we are all homeboys with a love and passion that brings us all together especially in times like these! RIP to both these hommes and my thoughts and prayers go out to the families sending lots of love from Athens, Georgia!! And one more thing to the elected leaders if you really want to know how to bring the world together then I advise for you to take notes at the many local car and truck meets, shows and races that are found in every community coast to coast folks!

I follow them on Instagram. Never got to meet either of them in person but the black 572 SS OBS is one of my favorite trucks. I have a 91 step side. Sad to see two young truck enthusiasts gone too soon. They made a huge mark on the truck community and will surely be missed.

My homeboy from Houston came by a few days ago,said he passed the wreck and it had him shook to even talk about it days later he teared up made sign of cross ....I lost my brother in law on dec 5th single car accident same story I have clips of him burning out all his vehicles tools are there like a time capsule like hes about to come home, I never ever been to a cemetery so much in my life.Its hard af much love to those who are hurting rn

These guys right here, one of a kind. Didn’t know them personally, but followed Laurence on social media. His 454SS is all I’ve ever dreamed of having. Every time Laurence floored that gas pedal, man you can tell that’s when he’s the happiest. I remember watching the video of them loading Jonas truck 15 minutes after it was posted. I came home from work a couple of hours later and saw the video of the wreck. I knew right away it was them. Hit me harder than I thought it would. Laurence was the backbone of the TX truckin’ scene. Every time he bounced that limiter and burned that rubber inside that pit, he put smiles on everyone’s faces. The excitement was just unreal. Wasn’t afraid to fuck his shit up, all he cared about is putting on a show for the people watching. R.I.P Laurence Garza and Jonathan Gonzalez You will be truly missed. O.T.M and HPT shootout will never be the same...
