Thank you for exploring these interesting places, these might be watch towers, used by the soldiers in the ancient times. The construction of the structure with it's three storied domes makes it similar with the Mughal architecture, Dept of Archeology should have restored these historical sites. Unfortunately, nobody cares about it.
