আমরা যখন রান্না করি তখন সবজিতে তেল দেই অথবা লবণ দেয় স্বাদ হওয়ার জন্য কিন্তু এটার যখন অতিরিক্ত মাত্রায় বেড়ে যায় তখন তিতা হয়ে যায় লবণের কারণে এবং অতিরিক্ত তেল হলে খাবার স্বাদ নষ্ট হয়ে যায় এবং সেখানে গ্যাস্ট্রিক হয়ে যায় এই সরকারকে বুঝতে হবে অতিরিক্ত কোন জিনিস ভালো না
