Just for your information Malaysia official language is Bahasa Melayu, and english is second language. Mandarin is not an acceptable official language therefore you cant find any official writing in road signs, billboards, Gov documentation and etc. However all chinese eateries and chinese operated businesses will have chinese or mandarin language and chinese here can speak and use chinese as their wishes, unlike in indonesia and some other South East Asian countries [except singapore].
