আমাদের মাঝে অনেকেই আছেন, যারা একটু কম দাম এর মাঝে বাসা নিতে রাজউক আবাসিক প্রকল্প বেছে নিচ্ছেন।উত্তরা শহর থেকে একটু দূরে হওয়ায়,অনেকেই এই এলাকায় চলে আসতে দুশ্চিন্তা বোধ করেন। উত্তরা সেক্টর ১৮ তেও বর্তমানে অনেক দোকানপাট গড়ে উঠেছে। রাজউক আবাসিক প্রকল্প এর বাসা গুলো যথেষ্ট নজর কেড়েছে সবার। রুয়াপ এর বাসা ভাড়া তুলনামূলক কম। আর চলাফেরা, খেলাধুলা করার জায়গা রয়েছে। বাংলাদেশ এ যা খুব কম সংখ্যক জায়গায় পাওয়া যায়।আর ঢাকা শহরে যেটা কল্পনার বাইরে। এ
