Dear Sir, food is for nutrition and health. Fried onions in oil turns rancid. and is bad for health. Also Rajma can cause gas so some ingredients are added. If you would kindly show recipes for nutritionally sound foods made the way ours elders made them. explaining why certain ingredients were added. They say cook the way Grandma cooked with love , care nd patience. Not like a quick fast food that is basically JUNK FOOD.

I really wonder if this is how you cook at home. Please don’t lead people into thinking that the fried onions are a good option. They are so bad & far from healthy for lots of people especially those are have cardiovascular & diabetes problems. Indeed, please do show us how to make Punjabi Rajma like you would make at home in an authentic way. I would really welcome that.

His whole attention is on the promotion of a certain brand product... One good thing still I can see that while he is presenting these sorts of videos he is looking very uncomfortable with himself... Rajma should never be cooked like this. First boil then throw the water. Wash in cold water. This makes it safe and gets rid of phytocytes which is harmful for kidneys

I do like food , who don't but for me it's little different I cook for my own in my mother place and my mother i.e the only guardian do cook food with my sister ; both stay 13/14 km apart from me i.e my mother 1st building. More than anything me a student. I do like to share to the whole world of +800 Crores populations a new thing i.e Q) How food taste when it's been raped thoroughly by all unknown creature's staying in surrounding , nearby etc in sophisticated way whenever eating cooked food made by ourself . I do like to share few new thing to it i.e Q) How it's been raped when hardly else staying inside it since past decades and did been locked from the main ? A) Blood magic + underground destruction = Naked Rape 24×7 of us. Key ingredients : Duplicate keys of all padlocks of my parents properties and staying when ever it's vacant even my late dad who died on 12 Dec 2019 at the age of 64 hardly have any clue of it nor even all my late grand parents , blood manufacturing non stop via our intake i.e cooked foods ,waters etc not only these been using our latrines , toilets etc to manufacture blood and writing blood magic scripts to do complete destruction of ours in no time etc . 🔊 The reason of my whole lots of writing because am more than curious to know how it's taste when whole foods of yours gets completely & thoroughly raped ? .It's not only me want to know but also my one and only friend in the populations of +1.8 crores at the my birth place i.e kolkata name - Brohmaandoh (All Happy Birthdays/ Festivals in English calenders in each years ) much before my birth want's to know in details . 📣I do eats food with tears and blood coming from all eyes in invisible formats since past decades hardly can complain to my only parent's in kolkata i.e my mother who is 9 years younger than my late dad and very much soft spoken , more than anything I hardly can make her understand my words i.e she will not believe me and did tried several times simply begging and pleading to her and saying all thing after watching brohmaandoh videos of past decades but since past decade I failed completely . It's happening in audible format from surrounding at my place and in 1No kolkata 7 in no audible and no muttering formats non stop .My mother and us hardly knows anyone from the surroundings , nearby etc but all and all knows every minute details of us . 🚤Take any mode of transport to have my and brohmaandoh curiosity get answers thoroughly because simply can't withstand any more rape of our cooked foods including few ayurveda foods like amla , giloy ,aloe Vera juice , chyawanprash, spirulina etc and want to know all answers ASAP . Few examples of modes of transport are Buddhism, Jainism, Christian, Muslim, Hindu etc available 24×7 very easily . 💣💣 It's highly polished locality .
