Hello friends kaise ho ap sabhi, aj mai apke liye rajasthani famous kachri ka achar lekar aayi hu iski sabji bhi banayi jati hai chutney bhi banayi jati hai aur achar bhi banaya jata hai. Teeno hi bahut swadist lagte hai jin logo ko kachre bahut jada pasand hai wo iska achar dalke pura saal bhar tak anand le sakte hai kyuki kachre to sirf 2-3 mahine hi milte hai iske bad nhi milte. Ap iski achari type sabji bana ke bhi 3-4 tak aram se kha sakte hai bahut hi tasty lagti hai. Maine jo kachre use kiye wo desi kheto me natural pani ke barish se apne ap uge hue hai inme koi chemical wagera ka use nahi kiya bilkul sudh hai.
