What she has done that is wrong there is no doubt about it but if any senior advocate would have done the same thing would this Judge have scolded that advocate in such a way ? The answer is NO. I have seen this Judge almost every time is targeting the junior advocates in his court room by showing his rude and unparliamentary behaviour which is absolutely not acceptable. If this Judge has any problem with the junior advocates then the junior advocates should not appear before his court. What remarks this Judge used on the well known law college that we have not forgotten till today those of us who watched that video clip.
