If you want a smoother movement of the pieces go to Options->Options->General and set the animation slider to something like 10 or 12

Thank you Alvaro for your great work .just a question your program could give you evaluation of the movement like stockfish does and could predict a winning position from a blander.no matter how many pieces still on the board

@@jeanmichel9207 Profound does work a lot like stockfish, is a multi-threaded engine with a fast and smart search, and scores each move it makes, and evaluation of +-4000 or +-30xxx means one of the sides will win. The only way to see it is to test it, however I made the demo version very weak on purpose but still you can have some nice complex positions solved by the demo version, other positions however require the full version.
