So much effort goes into preparation of food. The people are so knowledgeable. The women are so capable and clever. They obviously learn survival techniques from from an early age. Then it becomes like second nature to them. I am extremely impressed at how these lovely people work. There is no room for laziness and everyone contributes in some form or other. I am very impressed with the family and team effort. As a teacher I show my students these videos, and they are astounded at how everyone contributes to the family chores and how they work together. No time for laziness or complaints. Greetings from a Polish Australian.

I'm from Northeast India, Rongmei Community. It's nice to see how you prepare the sausage. It's a little different from us, we usually use the liver, heart, basically the inner parts of the animal and some blood but not the fats or the meat. We chop them into tiny pieces and put it in the intestine. Would love to try your sausage too

I married a traditional Chinese wife 20yrs ago and we go to visit China from Australia many times (well before the Covad19) and in our travels we visited many restaurants all around China from unbelievable big city restaurants little country places where the food was local & amazing if mysterious. It was food I had never tasted before. I made a rule, eat first then ask later was it was I had eaten. I found I had eaten foods unheard of in the west but it was great.
