can this device turn more than 360 degrees such that the wires inside won't twist?

the magnet reader that is inside the shaft is on a motor type pedistle so when it is reading the wind direction it just moves with the magnet the wires are down below the motor thing so they dont get wrapped around

they made the propeller with just enough angle and pitch to make shure there is little to no resistance and they also use special bearings to be able to handle the fast rotation levels
