I actually hate people who do this. If somebody had a large family (like my own) I can understand a few bottles of soap and 2-3 packages of toilet paper for 1-3 months depending on, you know, whatever's going on, and half a basket to a full basket of essential foods needed at the moment and using majority before going again to shop... But I know of no person who needs more than 4 packages of toilet paper in one month.
