FYI. The Daisen Kofun mound (~46 hectares) is the largest tomb in Japan, but not in the world. The largest tomb in the world is the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum (244 hectares) in China.

This is the one that just got recognized by UNESCO right? I never knew such a huge tomb even existed in Japan. Thanks for taking us there. Is there any way to get an area video? Like a drone or from a tall building near by?

Thank you for your comment. Yes, That is UNESCO World Heritage site. It was just decided to be registered World Heritage Site a few days ago. Sakai city hall is nearby. It has observation deck. I want to go there. Drone is prohibited in most Osaka's park.

It is important historical place. But tomb is too huge to see whole tomb directly. 😅
