Though the property is good but the price is too high, more than double from actual cost. The cost of land not more than18 lacs and construction cost must be 15 lacs, thus the actual cost must be not more than 35 lacs only. As the govt.restricted all black money transactions, so pl stand up on ground. More than 75%properties are available to purchase all over India. Pl keep it in your mind. No broadband, nearby market 10 kms away, no health facilities, schools reasonably far.....Actual investment of 35-40 lacs maximum....selling at double.....not worthy. It's better to go for a 2 week vacation to multiple hill stations every year even if you will spend 1 lacs in 2 weeks than also....for 80-90 years you are sorted instead of spending 1 cr. here Bogus 😆

Don't believe on Video. All are worth less except water and electricity which the builder not arranged. The arrangement of both the basic infrastructure are not adequate as the requirements in the project. So be cautious before purchasing the same.
