In humans, this is a desire, NOT really a love but some are really loves like parents kissing their cute kids... in some animals like Dogs, they only have mouth to perform actions effectively and hence and this should not be a desire... Of course, mother Dogs will normally love their kids and same with some other animals... Mothers are forever....
