Professor Karunanandam has in depth knowledge on politics, history, Indian constititution. His use of appropriate words and command over English is seen. Overstepping by TN governor is seen from the day one and thee acts of RN Ravi is punishable under our constititution. But no-one took initiative. There can be two solutions. 1. Governor is being an appointed post, can be removed. Because the system of having Governor is when British ruled and that too when the system of people elected government is there. Huge Expenses on Governor can be utilised for State. Welfare. 2. President is elected by members of parliament, members of legislative assembly of each state in turn who are all elected by people. Similarly Governor also should elected by members of legislative assembly members of municipality and corporation in turn who are all elected by people. R. Veerappan

I'm indebted to Prof. Karunanandan for having delivered such a wonderful speech against Governor R. N. Ravi's remark of Sanaathana as spine of Indian constitution. Hope the Judiciary take the cognisance of Ravi's open attack on indian democracy and constitution sitting in constitutional office. I'm surprised to see the instructions given by professor to Ravi seriously. " Ravi, Don't try to be a guru of us , Don't be a pre-ceptor to us, Otherwise we will teach you a lesson, do your duty " I personally feel proud that atleast the only people of Tamil Nadu in Union of States understood the core concept of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar's idea of Constitution and dare to challenge the Governor on his misuse of his office for Sanaathana propagation which is unconstitutional and seek action against him.
