Skin department is incorrect, it should be called dermatological department or dermatology.

I can find both 'the skin department' and 'the dermatology department' in my dictionaries. I suppose that the former is colloquial and the latter is formal.

And I got one question... Why Maria can speak chinese fluently.(like the local man who lives in Taiwan) Even the teacher David is ! I feel that both of them speak chinese is fluent than me*** So does them also can speak "Taiwan language"? If they can do it, they will certainly come from the planet Mars ! Ha ha.....
