Tindora : 150 gm
Oil : 1/4 cup
Rai : 1 tsp
Jeera : 1/2 tsp
hing : pinch
Green Chilli : 2
Tomato Pure : 1/ 2 cup
Ginger : 1 inch
Dhanajeeru : 1 tbsp
turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Jaggery : 1 tbsp
chopped coriander : 1/4 cup
For Masala :
bhavnagari Gathiya : 3 tbsp
Peanut : 2 tbsp
sesame seeds : tbsp
Garlic : 5 to 6 clove
Red Chilli powder : 2 tbsp
Serve hot with mango Ras , hot Fulka roti or puri.
