明けましておめでとうございます🎍 とても考えさせられる内容でした。 一会社の社長として「ソフトクリーム」は何になるんだろう。 お金になるのか、休みになるのか…。お食事会になるのか…。はたまた本当にソフトクリームになるのか…。 それプラス、「30分で席を空ける」という条件は何になるんだろう。 「締め切りに間に合ったら」なのか、「新しいアイディアを出してくれたら…」なのか、 「決められた以外の仕事をしてくれたら」なのか…、そんなこと考える毎日です(^_-)-☆ 僕も気持ちの浮き沈みが激しいので、ゆうすけさんの気持ちよくわかります！

@yuyunihongopodcast YUYUさん！ 🎍明けまして おめでとうございます🎍 YUYUさんの場合「ソフトクリーム」は何に当てはまるんだろう？… これってケースバイケースだから難しいんでしょうね。勝ち残る人は 損して得を取る みたいな柔軟さもあるんだなぁ って考えさせられました。意外と 日本のことわざ って現実的な問題のヒントが隠れてるんですよね。

ゆうすけ最近沢山の新しい作ってくれてありがとう毎週楽しみ😊！ゆうすけさんの深い内容がいつも考えを巡らさせる、人を動かすのために時々励むがありますね、例えば親が子供にテストを合格する何を買う、会社みんなちゃんと働けば部長を奢るこんな小さな事をする人を励んでもっと頑張るかな、人を動かそれも8:21心の余裕を持って仕事すると　広い視野、いいアイデアが本当にですね、仕事でいい環境を作って皆さんよく働けて会社が栄えられるけと、仕事かいつも過酷な場所なら皆さん苦労して何もできないかもしれない。単純な事だけどゆうすけさんいつも考えさせてくれてありがとう。僕もゆうすけさんと気持ち山あり谷があり、悲しくて懐かしい感じ時もあります、ゆうすけさん見るといつも癒されます

The esteemed Japanese philosopher and linguist is back with another video! Employee motivation comes primarily from the policy of the company, the policy of the big bosses, the owners of the company. If the big bosses don't find ways to motivate their employees, the smaller bosses (shift managers/ floor managers) can't do much. It all starts from the big leaders. I'm happy for you that you feel free and relaxed now that you have left the corporate environment. The corporate environment is very tough even here in Europe. In Japan it's even tougher so I'm happy to see Japanese people escape it. It's not a good thing to work under leaders that you don't believe in. If you can't find a boss that aligns with your principles, it's best to have no boss and work for yourself like you do! Good luck with what you do! What's that building at 7:30? It's in your profile background. Is it a library? A research institute? The city hall?

その方法は、店は出費して、店内の客から待つ客の時間的コストを買います。質は店の収入をお客さんに一部譲ります。客のことを考えていなければ、こんな行動はしなかった。本当にお客さんのことを考えているお店ですね。

Hello yuusuke san, i have a question. At 0:37, it says that you're not as nostalgic mood as i was in your last video. But I don't see any negation in the japanese, or maybe I'm just missing something ?

@@sprvh4865 Perhaps the English subtitles are a little difficult to understand. Sorry😖 解放されました means I'm not in the mood. 解放されました = I've been released. Languages are not always directly translatable.

You were trying to say that you've been released from the similar nostalgic mood from the last video, therefore it has the same meaning as you're not as nostalgic mood as you were in the last video. @@summersummer109 はじめまして ゆうすけです😊 日本語教師ですか!? え～ 応援してます！KZbinやるなら いつかコラボしましょうよ～😊 ルビに関しては 正直言うと 苦労してます😖 僕が使ってるPCはWindows11で ソフトは PowerDirector2025です。 でも そんなにお勧めできるもんじゃないです。 僕は慣れてるから問題なくできるんですが、ちょっとコツが必要です。文字起こしで字幕 + その字幕に合わせて小さなタイトル(ルビ)を貼り付け です。まぁまぁ面倒な作業です。 フィモーラを使う予定なら 僕の友達が使ってるんで その人に聞くと良いですよ。 ↓ けんさん youtube.com/@kensanokaeri Windowsでは 自動で字幕にルビを振る機能を持つ動画編集ソフトは現在のところありません。 一般的には、本文とルビを別々にテキストボックスで作成し、位置調整を行う方法が主流です。時間がかかる作業です。 ～～～～～～～～～～～～ Macなら ルビも同時に作業できる Final Cut Proってソフトがあるようですが 僕はMacについては詳しく知りません。それを使ってる人がいますので 知りたければ下記の人に聞くと教えてもらえるんじゃないかと思います。 ↓ さゆりさん youtube.com/@sayurisaying
