Maharaj, after 20-25 minutes in Dhyan I am feeling very much pain in my legs .So I can never fully forget my body during sadhana.Then i get up from asana for some minutes to keep the pain out.After that i start dhyan again.What can I do ?please answer.

It is natural. Keep practising, and it will get alright. Or, sit in a chair and meditate.

maharaj ji there are many misunderstanding among layman about samadhi.we do not recognize the symtoms of samadhi.kindly elaborate sri sri thakurs samadhi acording to patanjalis yoga sutra.Many 'scholars' claim that it was 'nervous weakness'.some books (Alok tirtha/Alok vandana)claims this.

Critics will always find ways to pull down the greats. If Thakur's samadhi were nervous weakness, and these produced a Swami Vivekananda, we would want many more people with this kind of "nervous weakness".
