I nearly forgot to share this. Last week on Friday I gave my grandma this style. She's natural but hides her hair under wigs because she hates her grays. I was super determined to get her out of those wigs for her birthday (which was also last week) so I decided my gift to her would be a wash day since she hates washing and styling her hair. I went thru your A to Z series and told her to pick a style she liked for me to recreate and she chose this one. I knew she was skeptical about it but was only doing it to appease me. While I was doing her hair one of her friends called her and asked her if she was going to church service that night and she was like oh no.... I'll just go on Sunday. After I finished with her hair and she took a look in the mirror not only did she love it but she changed her mind about going to church. She wanted to go be cute and show off her new hair. She was even more here for it after one of my younger cousins (he's 9) told her she didn't look like a grandma but looked like a girl. lol She didn't let me take a picture to post online but I still wanted to make sure I shared this story.
