thnx for sharing your varieties yammy recipes. I tried potato wedges according to U on last iftar for kids. initially it looks like U and smell also was good. but very quickly outer surface became too hard to eat. could U tell me plz why it happened. if batter for this should be 2:2 or it can be changed. if U explain that would be beneficial for me.
