This is an authentic and original Bangladeshi Chinese restaurant style chicken fried rice recipe. Please follow tips and tricks shared here to make perfect fried rice.
Cooking Rice:
Uncooked Rice - 1.5 Cup
Oil - 1.5 Tbsp (Approx)
Chicken Marination:
Chicken - 250 gram (1 Cup)
Soy Sauce - ½ Tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ½ Tsp
Fried Rice Ingredient:
Marinated Chicken - 1 Cup
Cooked Rice - 4.5 Cup
Cooking Oil - 3 Tbsp
Butter - 25 gram
Egg -2
Garlic - 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - ½ Tsp
Carrot - ¼ Cup
Long Bean - ¼ Cup
Cabbage - ¼ Cup
Spring Onion - ¼ Cup
Red Capsicum - ¼ Cup
Yellow Capsicum - ¼ Cup
Green Chili 3 to 4
Light Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Oyster Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 Tsp
White Vinegar - 1 Tsp
Sugar - ½ Tsp
Salt as per taste
Monosodium glutamate (MSG) - Optional

১ম ভিডিও দেখেই সাবস্ক্রাইব করে ফেললাম। প্রতিটা টিপস এতোই ভালো ছিল যে বলার বাইরে৷ প্রত্যেকবার রান্নার সময় যে ভুল গুলোর কারণে পারফেকশন আসে না সেগুলা সব এখন জেনে গেলাম। এতো রেসিপি দেখেছি ফ্রাইড রাইসের কিন্তু যে ব্যাপারগুলো ভুলের কারণে পারফেক্ট হয় না সেগুলা আগে আর কোনো ভিডিওতে এভাবে পাই নি। আর ভিডিও প্রেজেন্টেশন ও টপ নচ। ❤️🔥
