My dear it is not really bad! It is what we call habesha "Tomato "Souce" or "Sugo" in Italian. To make tomato souce or "Sugo" according to Italian we need three ingrediant also called "Holly trinty of souce". These are Carrot Onion and Celery, the rest are okay. You can use bereberea instead of peperika, what is missing with yours is that celery or ("yeshorba kitel") and a littele bit of suger to get rid of the acidity of the tomato. Bravo!
