From what I remember there is a version of carcinization for mammals, forgot what it's called, but in a nutshell the mammalian class has a tendency to evolve into rodent-like species- including primates. I worked at a zoo doing work experience just basic stuff like cleaning the grounds and helping carry food buckets to the animals . The capybaras where the best you can legally own them as pets in the UK if you get an exotic animal license . The keepers at the zoo would let them out at closing time and walk them around to see the other workers because of the didn't get the walk they would sit in the shelter all day the next day and people would complain they can't see them. They wanted cuddles and attention so much they would go on strike if they don't get it . I loved seeing them on little leads having to be gently pulled about because they would get distracted by grass or the meerkats

@@lechking941 some zoos have tunnel systems for meerkats that let them move from one enclosure to another if they don't have animals in that can hurt them and capybara big balls of cuddle and will seek out attention when they get use to people . So you end up with meerkats in with capybara they find each other and before long the capybara is a new cuddle buddy for them

As to if people wear jeans at home, I do, always. I don't get why people always say they're uncomfortable. I wear jeans every day, no discomfort, no hindered movement. They look good and are perfectly comfortable. I can even sleep in them, in fact sometimes sleeping in jeans is more comfortable. Jeans can go anywhere! Through the summer, through the winter, I can walk to my hips in snow with jeans and be fine, hell I've walked through rivers in jeans. They also have good pockets, I have everything I need in em.
