Thank you for bringing the subject matter of grief to the surface. Though everyone had to go through it, the dealing of one’s emotions towards grief, is always different for different people. One thing’s for sure, like what Jean mentioned, the grief stays with you!

GRIEF is non-mechanical. GRIEF is emotion - how much emotion & what emotional depth differs from many everyone. Getting emotionally connected & in depth is Strength itself. The greater the Connection & Depth, the Grief can be more fully expressed - then can be resumed to everyday normalcy. With a not-so-emo-connected & insufficient depth - the person will Grief a little part or so ... another day, the person will be re-visited by Grief again & again... Thou' i don't understand why so so many people choose to make themselves Mechanical & detached from 'appropriate' emotion. Whoever, get well soon 😀
