Dubai mall is indeed generally the place to go to spot some rare cars! Once I found a Alfa Romeo 4C, 4 of them (It was the first time seeing one in person), A Bentley Arnage T, couple of Uruses, and a classic Mercedes all in the same parking level alone!! Good you saw the Buggatti tho, cos I only see them in dealers expect for this one time I saw a Chirion somewhere in Jumeirah! 14:39, if you ever played GTA IV: TBOGT, you might notice this looks awful a lot like Yusuf Amir's Rolls Royce!
