We have to consider. The example what we have considered in that we haven't captured the assets and not any interest but if its there then yes we have to consider. Thanks

Generally ERP gives us right from trial balance this Financial statements why do we need to prepare again in excel ?

Yes..... but we have to prepare this to do analysis of the numbers and is linked with trial balance with grouping which give more clarity to do further analysis. This is most used report in finance. Thats MIS management information system. Thanks.....
