​@@jakefischer755 i assume the sound that you can hear in the video is simply straight cut gears, inside of the gearbox/transmission. Straight cut gears are alot louder than the normal helical cut gears you find in normal, everyday cars due to the teeth on the gear meshing together, hence the whining sound. straight cut gears are alot stronger and more efficient than helical cut gears however; which is why you can find them in many serious motocross applications, like track, rally, drag, pretty much everything that is intended for serious use. straight cut gears are also usually paired with sequential transmissions (unlike the normal H-pattern shifters you find in everyday cars), where you can shift the car without needing to use the clutch. to be able to shift without needing to use the clutch to shift makes shifting nearly instantaneous. the only downside to using straight cut gears is that they are extremely loud. AND if you pair straight cut gears with a sequential transmission, you can only shift in ascending order, for example: you can only shift from 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5 etc whereas a normal H-pattern transmission can shift from any gear of their choosing, like from 1-5, or 5-1 (although I wouldnt recommend shifting from 5-1 because you will blow your engine up from overrevving :D)

The R33 is best for top speed. It has superior aerodynamics and length from front to rear wheels for over 300km/h, more than the R34 because the R34 was designed more to be like the R32 (a track with corners.. so more downforce. R33 can run in the slipstream better!) I prefer the R33 GTR as well. Too bad the R33 lesser models (Gts25t, GTS, GTS4 etc) look so ugly compared to R.
